Partial Replacement:

Suppose some parts of the sod fail to establish properly, despite the automatic irrigation system functioning correctly and all recommended care being followed. In that case, we will replace the affected areas at no additional cost.

Negligence:

The warranty does not cover situations where all or a significant portion of the grass dies due to neglect or improper care by the client.
Pet Damage: Damage caused by dogs, such as frequent urination that kills the grass, is not covered by this warranty. We strongly recommend monitoring your pets' activities on the sod.

For Pet Owners:

If you have dogs, we advise that you turn on the sprinklers in areas where your pets frequently urinate to dilute the urine and prevent potential damage to the grass.

Warranty Period:

We guarantee the proper establishment of your sod for 60 days from the installation date. If any portion of the sod fails to establish within this period, we will replace the affected areas at no additional cost.
